This summer I was involved in an extensive remodel project for my home. My general contractor contacted your office to get a written estimate. Your estimator Rob Garrison was able to design a heating and cooling system that was more efficient than my previous and provided several other benefits. Not only did he adapt to my existing ductwork, he was able to provide modifications that improved the comfort level in key areas of my home and substantially reduced my energy bill. Your estimator coordinated everything through my general contractor and the job was completed as promised and on time, which is very important when there are different trades all working on the same project. Mark and John, the installers, were professional and very neat. Once the job was concluded, Rob came back to take a look at the finished project. At that time we discussed some improvements and he scheduled his crew back out and finalized everything to my satisfaction!

I have had a 15 year relationship with the DeHart Company. Beginning in 1989 when they replaced a faulty cooling unit in my newly purchased home, I have been nothing but pleased. When that unit did not perform the way it was expected, it was replaced for a minimal additional charge to me in a manner that I considered to be quite fair. They have continued to be responsible for the maintenance of my heating and air system.

In 2001, my wife and I undertook the remodeling of our house and split the upstairs and downstairs systems. This was carried out well within estimates and done in a very efficient and tidy manor. These two systems continue to be maintained regularly by DeHart.

In addition to heating and air, DeHart has helped me with several small plumbing problems, but the most noteworthy was when my wife and I returned home late at night to discover that our upstairs water heater was leaking. Our call was responded to rapidly and the water heater drained and replaced before the evening was out.

Throughout our ongoing relationship, the office staff has been courteous and has seen to it that promises made were tended to. When attention was provided to the various problems, all of the service people were courteous, clean and very informative.

Last year, I contacted DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air Inc. because I was looking for a more efficient way to cool a particular portion of my home. I was spending a majority of my time in one room and didn’t wish to cool my entire home using my regular HVAC system. Hoping to solve my problem, I contacted your office.

Your staff scheduled a time to have your estimator come out and assess the situation. (By the way, your 1 hour appointment window worked well with my busy schedule.) When your estimator arrived I explained my situation to him and he took into account the size of the room and my concerns and returned promptly with a proposal for a Fujitsu Ductless Split System. Upon accepting the proposal, your office scheduled a convenient date to install the equipment. The installers arrived and completed the job much to my satisfaction. Your staff is professional, knowledgeable and tidy.

I have been very happy with DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air Inc. The energy savings were evident on my electrical bill, so much so, that this year I arranged for your company to return and install the same equipment in my master bedroom.

I received exceptional service from beginning to end; from the person who answered my initial call to the last technician that left my residence. I want to commend you on your professionalism and let you that I am a very satisfied customer.
