  1. Respect Guarantee – Our clean, uniformed, reliable, and drug-free technicians are simply the best in the business. They will never smoke or swear in your home. They will always leave your home cleaner than they found it and be pleasant and cheerful. Our staff is here to answer all of your plumbing, heating and air conditioning questions courteously and professionally even in the middle of the night, on the weekend, during a storm.
  2. Comfort Guarantee – Our HVAC and water heating equipment is the best in quality, workmanship, and design available. As long as it is properly operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations, this equipment is fully guaranteed to add additional comfort to your life. If the promised comfort results are not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge to you.
  3. Priority Service Guarantee – Our Comfort Plus members, and customers with equipment installed by us will receive priority service every time! We have over 60 team members ready to serve you when you need us. We do all of this with a 24/7/365 Live (actual people) dispatch system.
  4. No-Surprise Guarantee- We will never use “bait and switch” tactics to get your order. The price you agree to before the work begins is the price you pay, regardless if we missed something along the way. Also, we will never ask for any sort of payment before the work is 100% completed to your satisfaction.
  5. No Extra Paperwork Guarantee- Our highly trained staff will manage, obtain, and coordinate all of the city permitting, inspections, rebates, and warranty paperwork for you. All we will need from you is your authorization on the paperwork.
  6. Utility Savings Guarantee– If your current system is at least 10 years old and we provided you an evaluation of your current system, we guarantee your new system will save you at least 10% on your heating and cooling costs, or we will refund double the difference of your savings not realized in the first year of using your system.
  7. NATE Certified Guarantee– We guarantee all of our technicians, making a repair on the equipment at your home or business, are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified.
  8. Satisfaction Guarantee– When you buy a new HVAC system from us, you can “test drive” it out for one full year.During your first year of ownership, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason we will fully buy it back, no questions asked.
  9. Best Warranties Guarantee – A 10 year parts and labor warranty is included in most of the system packages that we offer. This guarantees that during the first ten years after purchasing your new system, you will never see a repair bill or service charge.
