Hands down these guys are the best! Jose was very professional and knowledgeable! He had no problem explaining things and answering my questions and concerns. He also showed me pictures he took durring his diagnostic inspection. He reviewed the options, prices and benefits of their membership as well. My unit was still under a manufacturer's warranty. They took care of processing the claim and got the part we needed to replace. It was installed and up and running in less than 48 hours from the part being delivered, in the middle of June!!! Now that's service! Kristen was always pleasant and super helpful when I called in. She followed through with questions I had and always called me back to provide updates. Jose was also the one to install the part. He used a temperature reader to confirm that the air coming in was as cool as it should be! Overall, it was a seamless experience every step of the way. Im also impressed by the benefits and discounts included in their membership. I wont be using anyone else for heating/air and plumbing!!! They have definately earned my trust and business.
