Michael was courteous and efficient. All work was well done. It was a particularly HOT day - Michael was working outside in the direct sun. He nevertheless completed his work and explained wait time needed for the new pipe joinings to dry. Being a part of the DeHart Love Club program enabled me to have substantial savings.
Michael did a great job! The original purpose of the visit was to do routine plumbing maintenance. We got to talking about additional work to replace my kitchen faucet and fix the leaks I had under the sink. Michael was able to re-arrange his schedule and stay longer to do the work to replace my kitchen faucet and fix my leaks. I was expecting there would have to be another appointment, but I’m glad he was able to stay longer and fix everything I asked for. Very satisfied with the work done and the willingness to stay later and do the extra work on the same visit.
The estimator and the repairman were both very cordial and explained the problem and solution options very well. Did a great job repairing and adapting the existing pipes to attach to my new water softener. Cleaned up after himself very well.
Deion came across as knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnostics. He proceeded with various scenarios on how to fix the observed issues which helped me get into a comfortable decision to proceed with the job. His pricing for the quoted job seems very fair as he patiently explained the details and answered the many questions we had. It’s very satisfying to see dedication and enthusiasm from people in his line of work.
DeHart really went out of their way to help me. You can’t put a price on excellent service and this kind of professionalism.
Did an Excellent job. Knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Not afraid to get under the house and into very difficult places. Great idea to call me from under the house to communicate and take pictures so I could see what is under the house. Great Job!
Jesse and the office ladies I spoke with over the phone were all very helpful and respectful. They answered all of my questions and helped me reschedule without any issues. Very happy with each time I've used DeHart for both plumbing and HVAC.
