Original: The technician has come out 3 times since we bought the furnace and AC from them 2 and a half years ago, all for just service/inspections. I've been very pleased with the technician DeMarco Sanderson is easy to talk to, answers questions so I understand and is very professional. I'd love him to be the main technician that comes out in the future because he's very knowledgeable with what he does.

Update: Had a strange noise today, fixed quick and efficiently.
Update: Today he came out to install a Kool Kap to prevent debris from getting into the AC, and did a quick clean of the AC unit while he was here. Very appreciative!

Steven was very professional, called when he was on his way. Once service was completed he called to let me know exactly what the problem was. In my case everything was ok, just too hot for our swamp cooler. Thank you for coming out so quick. Definitely recommend Dehart plumbing and Air Conditioning. 100%.
