We had a somewhat tricky repair on the elbow drain at the bottom of the cabinet in our bathroom vanity and cracked drain pipe off the shower due to some careless insulation workers. Matt came out and did a thorough, detailed, courteous and professional estimate. He came back with Javier and the team worked closely together, communicating the repair process every step of the way to us. They carefully cut out a small portion of the base of the cabinet, worked in the crawl space and did a clean thorough repair to our damaged plumbing. They were very cognizant of wearing shoe booties on our floors and carpet while entering and exiting our home. Their follow through with everything and clean up
of everything was first caliber, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!

It is a new unit and this is the second time we had an issue. Andrew identified it and fixed it but the part took a long time and we were without a heater for 2+ weeks in the coldest part of the winter. The company and the techs are pretty awesome - not so sure about the product
