DeHart Plumbing and Heating arrived promptly this morning to service my water system. They showed me the problem with the old units. I'm so impressed with the workforce they brought to my home. Great guys, they work fast and they're really nice. Great service! Thank you to the DeHart Company.
In today's world, the value of a skilled technician who's competent, honest, kind and focused on excellence, is probably worth more than gold these days.
A couple of years ago I decided to give DeHart in Reno a chance for my HVAC needs, and I'm glad I did.
Their kind and happy dispatch team sent HVAC Rockstar- Michael Macknik.
He serviced my AC system and installed a switch that (the way I see it) will extend the life of my compressor and reduce any odd energy draw to my electrical system.
Right now, just getting into the hot summer months this year, and my AC started to blow hot air for no apparent reason. I called DeHart, hoping for the best to get someone over to help with my quickly overheating home in 96+ degrees outside.
When I called, they remembered my existing account and name, and were able send someone over in a few hours.????
And to make this experience even better, they sent Michael Macknik, who remembered me as their client and also the job he did a while back.
I was also pleasantly surprised how he was still striving for excellence in his proficiency and diagnostic skills. And can I also add how clean he was and so mindful of my home by putting on booties over his shoes before coming inside?
His level customer service matched his stellar skill as an HVAC technician.
It's official, DeHart is my goto for Air Conditioning and Heating, and I just may start calling them for plumbing too. Lol

Very kind , knowledgeable, worked hard to get my air conditioning unit working & home cool again when it stopped working & I'm impressed with the hours that Jose was able to come and the urgency to have it done the same day thanks to the emergency fee . De-Hart is a great company and his service technician Jose was outstanding. Thank you
As always DeHart came through with the best of the best.. seems like all your employees are the nicest and kindest people ever like Joshua Wells who came today he's amazing! Explains everything about what he will be doing and also asked me if I needed any help moving anything or needed a high ceiling light bulb changed and if I needed any help coming downstairs since going up 17 s…teps to show him where the other thermostat was it wasn't easy for me but he saw my struggle and was kind enough to ask. I had questions about the A/C unit and he answered them in a very nice way….Thank You Joshua for your kindness and hope to request you the next visit…
