Had a visit from Sean Hughes today as our technician. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He brought out a part which had been ordered for our heater and changed it out discovering the replaced part was not in fact the faulty part. It turned out to be a part that was often misdiagnosed, so he quickly got us up and running and got the correct part ordered.

Excellent visit. I was looking for a new HVAC variable speed system and Michael was well versed on the subject. He arrived right on time, inspected my existing set-up, and made recommendations according to my needs. The price was right and I ordered the new system. Very impressed with Michael and the company.

After 13 days without hot water, I am thrilled with De Hart Plumbing for For coming within an hours of my call, driving to Stockton to get the needed part and coming back and completing the job for us to have water finally! Luigi Hernandez And his coworker were excellent! Excellent customer service, communication on the job with what they're doing, going through the house and checking all faucets for hot water, etc. They were very considerate and compassionate toward us for all we went through with the other plumber and the job not getting done efficiently, correctly or in a timely manner. We are very pleased to be working with De Hart for all our future plumbing needs, including annual maintenance that we signed up for on our central heat and air and flushing of our new hot water heater, etc.

Jose was super respectful and knowledgeable. He had been to my house quite a few months prior and remembered that my mother was sick and on hospice care. One of his first questions to me when he came to my house yesterday was how my mom was doing. Very very kind and thoughtful.
