The reason I called is because I was not getting hot water one Sunday evening. I called the next morning and spoke to customer service and they were very helpful and they setup a service for Tuesday and Tyler from DeHart Plumbing, Heating & Air was prompt and very knowledgeable about tankless water heater systems. I was lucky enough it wasn't a major issue and all it needed was to chemically flush the system out to rid of the mineral deposits buildup from the hard water we have in Manteca. So I learned you MUST maintain and flush the system out once a year or the manufacturer warranty will be voided especially if you have a newer home. I believe the builder should include a water softener system especially areas known for hard water.

Very professional, efficient, clean, articulate and after a thorough inspection explained what he had found and made sensible recommendations. I would recommend DeHart to anyone that is interested in keeping their central heating in good repair.
