One gets a window for service- I can't remember when it if the serviceman arrived at the beginning or before the scheduling window.
Professional, personable-
Water main break in my front yard. Richard Davis promptly arrived to diagnose and expedite the repair issue and process. Very knowledgeable and provided options for repairs.
Replaced heating filter and everything checked out okay. They were here about 15 minutes very fast. Good job
The reason I called is because I was not getting hot water one Sunday evening. I called the next morning and spoke to customer service and they were very helpful and they setup a service for Tuesday and Tyler from DeHart Plumbing, Heating & Air was prompt and very knowledgeable about tankless water heater systems. I was lucky enough it wasn't a major issue and all it needed was to chemically flush the system out to rid of the mineral deposits buildup from the hard water we have in Manteca. So I learned you MUST maintain and flush the system out once a year or the manufacturer warranty will be voided especially if you have a newer home. I believe the builder should include a water softener system especially areas known for hard water.
