I think the technicians were very good. I have been most impressed with the communication and quality systems of the company. Multiple text reminders including names and pics of the techs before they arrived. Quality review of the job by the bid writer who spotted a concern that I would never have considered. He scheduled a follow up the next day for the team to come out and correct the issue. The techs were personable and the teamwork was impressive. Quality of the install tbd, but the company is impressive.
Running late but understand. Inspected pipe with camera and was quick yet thorough. Showed me screen and explained everything. Provided repair and payment options. A real nice guy.
