Eric could not have been nicer or more knowledgable. He is a real asset for DeHart.
John came out to troubleshoot a "dripping noise" in my ceiling. He determined that while the pipe itself wasn't leaking, there are issues that are causing the knocking noise which need to be remedied to avoid serious damage to my water lines.
I really appreciate his patience and persistence in troubleshooting, identifying the issue, then developing a solution.
