Multiple service calls using DeHart for both preventive and repairs. Scheduling has generally been extremely convenient, with considerations taken during peak seasonal calls. Pricing has been within fair market for all work they performed for me.
The most recent call was for clogged kitchen sink and laundry room stand pipe. Home was a rental for over 10 years so some issues were expected, including use and abuse of drains.
J. Santiago put in a phenomenal effort with what devolved into an after hours call. Working through equipment issues and complexity with the pipe layout, he put in substantial extra effort. Each service call, admin, to service staff, have maintained an attentful attitude and willingness to educate on each job.
