From arrival (on time), throughout the entire service, our tech was informative, precise, professional, courteous & friendly. So good that we would greatly prefer to have him return for service!!!!!
Carlos conducted a complete inspection of the HVAC system. He then contacted me and discussed the results in detail. He asked for my inputs and what I was looking for in my repair needs. He provided three estimates for different systems that fit my preferred system desires. This visit was only to inspect my HVAC system and provide estimates for repair.
Very kind and great at explaining everything
I needed a repair to my old kitchen sink faucet that turned out to need a replacement. Matt fixed the faucet enough to use temporarily and was going to schedule me for a new faucet installment later in the week but then he called the office and got the okay to do the installment that day. He drove from Lemmon Valley to pick up a new faucet and back again at no extra charge. The last plumbing company I used billed me an extra hour for their drive time. DeHart has my business from now on. Matt was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend him!
I got service the same day I called in, Justin was a delight, very friendly, professional and very respectful of the house.
Jordan knows his products well from a sales perspective. He is a master of the sales pitch. I learned a lot about the products and optons for home heating and cooling on the market. He should write up the offer away from the customer though.
Drew was good. He had to get more parts but did a good job.
