Idk I called them out for my tankless not heating. Alarm code 11. The tankless got scared of the Technician and be a working again. He didn't have to do anything. But he was very informative and nice. Thank you again Dehart for always being there when needed.

Drew was a great help today with an issue that has been bothering us since our house was built. We are very thankful for his work and pleased with the detail and care he put into resolving the issue. DeHart scheduled him same day, and the problem was resolved quickly.
Michael was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about his profession, communicates very well, completed his work in a timely manner and was very neat and clean. I am very pleased with DeHart in general, I used to use a nether company in town.

The 3 installers were great. Having less than 24 hours prep, they had some challenges with materials but adapted well. They worked well together and answered any questions posed. They did run out of R32 and could not completely charge the system. I expect that there will be a follow up to finish charging the system with coolant. Overall, it was a good experience.
