Dehart runs a tight ship on time. I've worked with Michael Macknik who evaluated and serviced my burner and AC units. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me and what I should replace to prevent future incidences with my machines. He did a really good job cleaning out my AC unit while he explained everything to me, And he was not bummed out with the customer over his shoulder, He actually embraced it and went beyond the call of duty to explain everything to me. Thank you.

Had routine maintenance on my heating unit. Needed a small part replaced. The tech was Joshua Wells who did a very thorough job and informed me of all I needed to know about the unit.

Steven gave me a heads up that he was on the way. Showed up
In the time window. He took a lot of pictures and explained the issues. Ran to the warehouse and returned same day and completed the work. Reason for the 4 star rating didn't ask to use the vacuum to clean the flood from falling pieces insulation.

Duane was an excellent technician! You need to clone him. He was extremely through and explained the workings of our furnaces in simple terms.

Our technician's name was Chance, but I can tell you he left nothing undone, unlooked at or unfixed. Certainly not chancy. lol. He did a great job. DeHart can be proud of him.
