Loved the tech ! I as very thorough
It is a new unit and this is the second time we had an issue. Andrew identified it and fixed it but the part took a long time and we were without a heater for 2+ weeks in the coldest part of the winter. The company and the techs are pretty awesome - not so sure about the product

I paid for HVAC system maintenance and got excellent service, and possibly a lower gas bill going forward (Michael adjusted the system to proper use for the region). I also got a killer deal on upgrading my system the easiest way for better efficiency.

The company made a repair a year ago. It was later detemined that it was not as originally promised. They came back and essentually redid the entire job. GREAT SERVICE and CONCERN for clients.
