Today I used DeHart Plumbing, Heating, and Air,
to tune up my water heater They sent the young man out. His name was Randall he was professional very courteous explained everything before he did it took his time and was not rushed. I felt that he was honest told me what i needed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to fix. That's the kind of experience I'm used to.

Annual hot water heater flush plus annual plumbing inspection were competed today by Matt Dikel. I'm a firm believer in preventative maintenance around the home.
The DeHart technician, Matt Dikel, arrived on time, was professional performing the flush and inspection, and very respectful of my home. It was a pleasure meeting him.
Sean was prompt in setting time expectations. Brought all the right tools and gave updates while he was testing and doing the repair. He was pleasant and communicated with a smile. Excellent job done. Thanks!
Pasqual did an Excellent job in diagnosing the issue with our air conditioning. He gave consideration as we were late to meet with him because of some miscommunications on the schedule. Thank you!
Great job to the employees! Very friendly and professional! I have a cramped attic and very challenging but they were able to replace unit! Best company to hire and highly recommended to my family and friends!

I called DeHart around 11am today for my mother, her A/C stop working late last night and at the young age of 90 she can not take the heat. The Service Tech.was there with in two hours and fix the problem. Thank You DeHart for responding so quickly, moms house is cool again.

From my initial phone call and the lady who assisted me in setting up the appointment, to my technician, Justin, I have been blown away by this company is customer service !
I was having an issue with my drain pipe to my washing machine overflowing and flooding my garage and I was able to call in the morning on a Tuesday and get a same day appointment ! The company messaged me a picture of my technician and an approximate arrival window and then I received a phone call and a tracking ability for my technician giving me a 20-minute heads up within the window ... Justin arrived promptly on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond!!! I would rate him 1000 Stars if I could!

Drew did a great job fixing my DYI. I just had to replace the valve on the wall for my toilet which turned into me buying a tool to remove the compression sleeve. Then i had to cut the pipe because the pipe got messed up taking the sleeve off. Then i puta compression valve on. Leaking. Then i put a shark byte valve on it. Still leaking… and coming through the downstairs smoke detector. Time to call DeHart. Drew was able to take care of it all pretty quickly efficiently. The quote was accurate. Thanks
Brandon was very professional, very polite, and very knowledgeable! He performed a thorough check-up on both of my condenser units and even washed out the coils on each one. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks Brandon!
