Michael Sailsbery, the local manager, responded promptly to send their technician, Michael, to address my problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He not only fixed the problem but made some ductwork repair and redesign to prevent this problem from reoccurring again as it had in years past.
My AC service was done quickly and efficiently. All checked out in good shape and in proper working order.
