Ethan was wonderful getting me through everything with PG&E and my gas line. The project took two months with the city, but everything came out well in the end. no one ever wants to come home to a note from PG&E that they turned off their gas and it was due to a gas leak between the meter and the house. Ethan made sure I had hot water when it turned into a bigger project and got everything going with this team with the city, I am happy it's over now!
