Justin explained the condition of our HVAC units and provided the options to resolve the A/C issue. He did a outstanding investigation to come up with the options for us. We decided to replace HVAC units given the age of the units.

As usual we are happy with the service you provided. We were very impressed with the small tank to provide hot water so that we could have showers until the fuse arrived. I knew I could do dishes because dish washer heats the water and I knew I could wash clothes because I could use cold water, but showers are not very comfortable when they are cold. We were very thankful that you had an answer. Thank you for always serving us well.

Deon was very professional and a very nice young man. He explained every thing clearly and was very efficient. Also informed us of the necessity of a surge protector.
Carlos, our technician, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. This was quite a contrast from our previous service who had done maintenance checks biannually and we still had persistent problems with the unit not keeping the house cooler then 84 degrees. Such a relief after an extraordinary high power bill last month and being told it was an air leak from the pedis tool the unit that it has be sitting on for the last 20+years.
My AC service was done quickly and efficiently.

I love de Hart! Their people are always so helpful. Today it was Jonah who checked out the AC and was amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. AND, thank goodness, he informed me that they now have automatic renewal option for their service. Great information and super service! Thanks!
