Technician knew what he was doing today
This was my first interaction with De Hart and I'm very happy with the level of service from the moment my call was answered, my appointment scheduled, my request to call and/or text to inform me the technician was on the way to my home.
Drew was fantastic in his communication, time management, knowledge, solution, and suggestion on trouble shooting our is with our bathtub leaking. He answered HVAC questions as best as he could even though it wasn't included in his work order so I appreciate that. He provided recommendations of who to ask for when I'm ready for HVAC services. Most importantly, he sold me on the Service Membership offer that I will join soon.

Jose was sent out to check on an a/c unit at our rental property. He was on time and incredibly helpful! The level of professionalism that I have personally experienced with these technicians goes far and above my expectations. We definitely will be calling DeHart for all of our service needs.
