Jonah Lawrence from DeHart in Modesto provided an excellent experience. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understood the work being done. He addressed all of our concerns, fixed exactly what we needed, and did it with professionalism and care. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
The technician was on time for the appointment which is a big plus right now. He explained everything in detail which was very much appreciated.
Worked hard to fix our AC, including driving around multiple places to find the part needed. Then stuck to the original quote even though the part was more expensive than anticipated.
**Before completion of work: Drew was on time, polite, thorough and seemed very knowledgeable/experienced! He answered all of our questions and gave us multiple options to get us the best price for our project! I couldn't be happier!
**After completion of work: Luigi and Matthew spent multiple days in our home replacing our entire plumbing system. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, EXTREMELY polite and respectful of our home. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. I seriously couldn't be any happier with the service these gentleman provided from start to finish!!
Matt was a very polite young man, very professional and thorough. I told him how much we liked DeHart and how we were so glad to have found them. He was careful to explain what he found while inspecting. All over a great person to do business with.
