My water heater quit working. I contacted DeHart Plumming. They worked around my schedule to make an appointment. Once I met Miguel, their employee, he gave me an estimate. We settled on a price. As he drove out of my driveway, I stopped him to let him know that a family member offered to fix my situation who used to work for a similar company, and this was done at the last minute. Miguel was very kind. I felt bad about ending our plan so quickly, but Miguel was very professional in his manner and not rude in any way. I see DeHart Plumming trucks around town all the time, so I know that they're busy. I would recommend this company based on Miguel's kindness, as well as his overwhelmingly generosity about giving me the option for him to drive out of town (for about an hour, or so) to get a backup heating plan to allow ol' me to have warm water in the meantime. I felt kind of humbled about that, and I declined, but WOW! What amazing business! I wiuld Highly recommend them! Miguel deserves an honor and a big, fat raise.:)
John was very professional and explained the issue with my water heater. He was able to quickly fix it. I appreciate his thoroughness.

I purchased a home six months ago and believe in preventative maintenence. Eric quickly assessed reliability of the water heater and all sinks, tubs and toilets. I will have De?Hart back to assess heater and A/C in appropriate seasons. Very pleased.
Eric is a great tech. He went beyond his job and even worked on the hot water heater pipes that were rattling.
