Cory, the technician assigned to our home today, was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure we understood everything he was going to do, and when he was finished, he explained everything he had checked and how it looked. I am glad we have the annual inspection plan with DeHart so we stay ahead of any problems. Because they check everything to be certain it is in good working order, some things were caught and repaired before they became problems.
