For at least five years we have had HVAC issues at my surgical office. I have not had functioning AC in my personal office and other issues. All addressed and fixed along with a new thermostat. Winston was one of the most professional and knowledgeable individuals I have ever come across. No need to blow smoke. Hands down he was and is great. The 3 installers were great. Having less than 24 hours prep, they had some challenges with materials but adapted well. They worked well together and answered any questions posed. They did run out of R32 and could not completely charge the system. I expect that there will be a follow up to finish charging the system with coolant. Overall, it was a good experience.
