Within a 24 hour period of calling for an appointment, Oscar arrived, evaluated the problem and fixed the issue. Though I had already pulled out my water heater warranty, he was already aware of the warranty coverage and informed me there was no charge. Had a visit from Sean Hughes today as our technician. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He brought out a part which had been ordered for our heater and changed it out discovering the replaced part was not in fact the faulty part. It turned out to be a part that was often misdiagnosed, so he quickly got us up and running and got the correct part ordered.
