Great customer service
DeMarco was fantastic as he always is. He spent a lot of time taking care of my furnace and gave me advice and recommendation on my questions about choosing furnace filters. I am very grateful to DeHart for always sending him out.

Our previous A/C unit from a different company has had many problems so we called DeHart and Jordan came out to help.. and what a LOT of help he gave us! We're not only getting a new unit but also a new tankless water heater, which we'd been considering for awhile now but just didn't know enough about to make the plunge. Jordan was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and answered questions to our satisfaction and we didn't feel pressured or scammed like the other company.
My water heater quit working. I contacted DeHart Plumming. They worked around my schedule to make an appointment. Once I met Miguel, their employee, he gave me an estimate. We settled on a price. As he drove out of my driveway, I stopped him to let him know that a family member offered to fix my situation who used to work for a similar company, and this was done at the last minute. Miguel was very kind. I felt bad about ending our plan so quickly, but Miguel was very professional in his manner and not rude in any way. I see DeHart Plumming trucks around town all the time, so I know that they're busy. I would recommend this company based on Miguel's kindness, as well as his overwhelmingly generosity about giving me the option for him to drive out of town (for about an hour, or so) to get a backup heating plan to allow ol' me to have warm water in the meantime. I felt kind of humbled about that, and I declined, but WOW! What amazing business! I wiuld Highly recommend them! Miguel deserves an honor and a big, fat raise.:)
