We had the pleasure of having Jose come to our home and service our HVAC equipment. He was a breath of fresh air. Very professional. Didnt try and upsell us or anything. Just an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant young man. My husband loves to play piano, and he and jose actually sat down and Jose sang a song while my husband played. He has a beautiful voice. 12/10

Jose Medel-Garcia showed up at my home in the earlier part of my time window. He reviewed my system and was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly. Within 10 minutes we had the air condition running again. In addition, Jose reviewed cost, plans, and next steps if this problem occurred again in the future. Great communicator, and trouble shooter. Thank you Jose for saving the day!
