Dehart did excellent job in identifying my problem with heating on my Carrier HVAC. Identified part required ordered under its warranty and install in no time. Heating is now working after changing Transducer. Jonah Lawrence explained what he was going to do when installing part adjusted location of transducer to prevent issue from happening again.
