He quickly diagnosed a potential solution to my problem, and clearly explained what they'd have to do if that solution didn't work.
For at least five years we have had HVAC issues at my surgical office. I have not had functioning AC in my personal office and other issues. All addressed and fixed along with a new thermostat. Winston was one of the most professional and knowledgeable individuals I have ever come across. No need to blow smoke. Hands down he was and is great.
