Dehart installed our Lennox system 6 years ago. It has run flawlessly the entire time. Last weekend it went down, 111* outside. They sent out a technician and it turned out to be the smart thermostat. Their tech Deon was able to replace the thermostat in fairly short order. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
