Had an issue with the heater. Problem was resolved and heater works great. I appreciated the time taken to explain what the problem was and how the system works.
Great service and advice
These guys were great I even signed up for their membership. They cleared out my sewage pipeline. Drew was training a new guy so I bought the membership to give him a positive start. I"m in sales and these guys were very good. Their demeanor was well supervised. They double checked to make sure my pipeline was cleared. They did it fast. I was impressed.
Jake was both very polite and efficient! He explained about the surge protectors.
Jonah was awesome, he explained everything and answer any questions we had. We'd like to have him back for our future maintenance tuneups!
DeHart's service is superior, their people are personable, professional & responsive. We were having some difficulty programming our new HVAC system, the User Guide proving not too useful, so a tech came out, same day, & gave us a detailed tutorial!
Had DeHart's Dana Doss perform maintenance on Heating system, excellent! He also taught us about filters and the FRP ratings, we bought from Home Depot, ours was a 7, causing our motor to overwork. So be careful, we will be buying our filters now from DeHart. Thank you Dana.
