We had a maintenance technician come out to check our heating system. He took time to go up our roof and even checked out our attic space to see what kind of ducts we had after I told him our den doesn't seem to be as warm as the rest of the house.
Derrick showed up on time. He was friendly, and took care of the problem right away.
Roberto and his capable team left about one hour ago. Our system is up and running.
They started at 8 A.M Worked diligently throughout the day.
I received thorough training on the system Thermostat And possible Troubles to keep my eye out for, should they occur.
The system started at 64 degrees And hit 68 degrees At about 5;15 PM. I'm waiting for it to Cycle down to a lower level at this moment.
They were great to work with ;Very good Communicators. They cleaned up very well & Almost exceeded My wife's expectations And they are very high.
After Seven hours of installation and one hour of operation I would recommend them to others.
They did not rush even though they all had special plans for valentine's day with their loved ones.
10/10 service Elijah and Drew came out to assist with plumbing issues. They quickly evaluated the issue , gave me all options and got straight to work once we agreed on a solution. Will definitely be coming back if more work is needed
