Jose is a very knowledgable tech. He explained many of the components functions and explained some things that may need attention in the future. He briefed on our warranty time and items that are coved. Jose is very personable and presents himself in a professional manner. Great follow up. Lol

Matt from DeHart came out to check out our water heater. The pilot light goes out intermittently. He tested for all the possible problems and found nothing wrong. We determined together that a draft (big wind sometimes) was blowing the pilot out. He's a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional.
Eric, our technician, is a very pleasant person. He gave us the most thorough service of our HVAC system that we have had since we bought this house. He represents his company, DeHart Plumbing Heating and Air, very well. If our experience is indicative of all who work at DeHart, you can't go wrong doing business with this company.
