Shawn came over to do a simple faucet change but ended up staying over 5 hours, well into the evening, to fix an older pipe. He was nice, courteous, and was not going to quit until the job was done. Fantastic effort and typically what we get from DeHart.
Very good about communicating when they will arrive. Offer better or newer products but no high pressure sales. Respectful of home and safety.
