My hot water heater went out so I called DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air. First they sent Richard out to survey my problem and I explained my wife and I had also been wanting a water purifier to help battle the hard water we've been dealing with. After choosing the correct system for our family, they scheduled me for an appointment a week out and offered to provide a small loaner hot water heater to get us by until then. The next week I received a call and they were able to bump up my appointment date. Luigi and co-worker (sorry I don't remember your name) arrived in the morning and quickly went to work. They were very nice, answered questions and kept a clean workspace. A supervisor showed up during the day and bought everyone lunch, including me. That was not expected but was greatly appreciated! He left before I could personally thank him. I had a new hot water heater installed and a Halo 5 water purifier put in the garage. I also had the R/O system installed under our kitchen sink for the purest water I've ever tasted. They made sure to match the color of my existing hardware when they installed our new water spout. Overall we were immensely impressed with their availability both by telephone and in person. I highly recommend giving DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air a call if you need professional help.

Had a bad tankless heater start throwing water out. Ken at DeHart had it figured out in just a short minute and even contacted the manufacturer for a warranty exchange. Above and beyond what someone else would have for us!
