Justin provided excellent service and excellent explanation of options. While I've enjoyed DeHart annual service plan, I was caught by surprise when they charged extra $175 for tankless water heater service which I thought was included in the plan. Justin called the office to see if they would include it, would not so for that reason I did not renew my membership.
Dehart has good customer service and their service techs have been competent in my experience. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
