Multiple service calls using DeHart for both preventive and repairs. Scheduling has generally been extremely convenient, with considerations taken during peak seasonal calls. Pricing has been within fair market for all work they performed for me.
The most recent call was for clogged kitchen sink and laundry room stand pipe. Home was a rental for over 10 years so some issues were expected, including use and abuse of drains.
J. Santiago put in a phenomenal effort with what devolved into an after hours call. Working through equipment issues and complexity with the pipe layout, he put in substantial extra effort. Each service call, admin, to service staff, have maintained an attentful attitude and willingness to educate on each job.

I had a IWave residential air cleaner put in. It's Self cleaning no Maintenance air for purification system for protective whole house purification using Plasma technology kills viruses like COVID anything that's in the air mold bacteria cleans all the air and particles. Cleans air kills Pathogens in space. I also had service on HVAC heating system. I also ordered 4 canister water filtration Omni Pure. I really feel safe and worry free they take care of it all. Always my technicians are very nice and professional making sure they answer any questions I may have. I truly recommend there professional Services. They also replace all my gas piping and insulation in attic. I also have maintenance on whole house including drains. This is sold as a package deal yearly. I had called for a quote to install new kitchen sink and remove garbage disposal yesterday and they came today. Came on time, very knowledgeable, had my quote before he left. Very pleased with service thus far.

They just finished an HVAC installation and we were very impressed with their professional, smart, and hardworking crew who went above and beyond for our family. You can tell they really care about doing a great job for their customers and take pride in their workmanship. Hands down best experience we've had in Reno with any heating and plumbing company in the 13 years of owning our home. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
