I tried DeHart after another company told me it only needed a broken damper to be fixed but they don't work with that brand because it "wasn't their preferred brand." They wanted to replace the entire system for $20k and then ghosted me when I asked to just replace the single broken damper that they initially told me was the problem.
DeHart made it a priority to have someone out to check and they discovered it was just the damper motor. The office staff made scheduling and payment easy and their honesty saved me $19,400. I'll never call another HVAC company for work in Reno/Sparks.

Joshua went above and beyond and was able to replace our defective thermostat. Also got the air filters and replaced them and checked on both A/C units and our furnace to make sure everything was in working order. Would highly recommend.
I am always impressed by the service technicians at DeHart. They are professional and extremely well trained. Credit goes to the management for good hiring practices and instruction for the employees. Jose is a credit to the organization.
