He took the time to explain me the issue and even made recommendations on future proofing the issue, which goes to show his skills and knowledge. The technician, Deon, arrived at the start of my 4 hour window. Saves having to wait all day. He was courteous and offered optional choices to improve or protect my HVAC system. Highly recommend DeHart plumbing heating and air.

I called DeHart when I noticed that my outdoor A/C unit was making a strange noise. Jonah Lawrence was the technician that arrived to assess the situation. Of course the unit didn't make the noise while Jonah was investigating. He did notice oil leakage from the compressor motor, which he showed to me. He also demonstrated how the fan blades didn't spin smoothly without sufficient oil to lubricate the bearings. He ordered a new motor for me. I felt very comfortable working with Jonah, and I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and his professional knowledge. I am consistently happy with the services provided by DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air, Inc.

Justin explained the condition of our HVAC units and provided the options to resolve the A/C issue. He did a outstanding investigation to come up with the options for us. We decided to replace HVAC units given the age of the units.
