was awesome, very informative, explaining the ins and outs of preventive maintenance and how the plan works to ensure a peace of mind over this extreme heatwave of well over 100 degrees plus temperatures, he answered all of my questions and concerns, he went above and beyond to get my AC unit up and running on a same day turnaround service one day after the 4th of July holiday, great work to the Dehart family and God bless America ????????

My elderly's mother AC went out the night before the 4th of July. I called early morning on the 4th and there were able to get a technician out to her house the between 8-10. Jorge was professional and very knowledgeable. He was very patient working in extreme hot conditions and didn't rush the project. This was the first time I used DeHart and I would definitely use them again.
