The technician Joshua was fantastic. We really appreciate DeHart sending him to our home to install some portable air conditioning units. We have some small children at home and they are very happy that we have some cool air upstairs. THANK YOU for taking care of us while we wait for our Air Conditioner part to come in.

Stephen from the beginning introduced himself then asked what we were having a problem with—he listened to our concerns and offered his expert advice. We were having problems with our reverse osmosis system, however, my husband had changed the tank and Stephen said we needed to allow the tank a couple of hours to fill with water, then drain the water and allow it to fill again. He says, if that doesn't fix the problem to call again and he will come out. We really felt supported. He will come back if needed. He also looked at our water heater to see if it needed to be flushed out, but said to only change the filter on it if the light changes color. He was so helpful. We will continue to use DeHart's for all our plumbing issues. I also have an upcoming appointment for air conditioning maintenance and now in the Love Club yearly maintenance.
