Turns out our water heater needs to be flushed annually to remove sediment build up, maybe schedule one for yours if you haven't in the last 12 months.

Michael solved our problem. Our central air conditioning system failed to operate on June 19. He tested the system and determined that the thermostat was no longer functioning properly. Mike installed a new replacement t-stat. And now we are chillin'.
