We used Dehart's online booking system. We received a couple automated reminder messages, and a call for service 1 day earlier than booked. We knew our old ac unit needed to be replaced, and had a couple previous quotes for system replacement. Carlos gave us a very no-nonsense assessment of the existing unit, video of some current issues, and a couple quotes on new units as well. Ultimately we decided on a new unit. Fantastic service, never felt rushed, and never felt pressured.
Sam was here today to complete the work on my water heater (including installing a drain) and fix a leaking toilet. He did an amazing job. I appreciate his professionalism and patience in answering all my questions. I have always had positive experiences with DeHart Plumbing and I would highly recommend their services.
AC broke down late last nite. Called at 7:15 AM and they had it back up and working by 3 PM. Knowledgeable service technician.
We had our DeHart Love Club HVAC service done today. Our service tech, Anthony Beal did an excellent job, arrived (on time) and started the comprehensive inspection of our system. He did a great and thorough job. Our outside unit looks like new. Excellent work.

Service was prompt. My technician, Osvaldo Baca, was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and immediately repaired the system.
Richard was very professional and informative about their services and products. He was very respectable when it came down to our budget. My wife and I really liked how he educated us about the pros and cons of each system.
Jonah (air conditioning technician) came out today 6-19-2025, and did a great maintenance on our air conditioner. He did have to replace the air condenser fan motor (as it was leaking oil) and put on a start assist (to give better life to our unit). I have a maintenance plan—the Love Club; so they come out twice a year. I paid $821 today with my discounts. Remember, you have to do maintenance on all machines to keep them running well, and not have to replace them. I really like Jonah and will ask for him as long as he works there. He answered any and all questions I had; and even told me things to keep watch on. I appreciate all his knowledge and professionalism and very happy with his work.
All my experiences with DeHart Plumbing has been positive. This week Matt Dickel came to my home to flush out the water heater which was free after having my furnace serviced. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was surprised he also inspected my faucets and toilets at no extra fee and gave me a written report on his assessment. Thank you!
We had a leaking problem that couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Drew Jonson was super fast on finding the issue. He was so kind and polite. Gave me a lot of information about what the company offers. I had a great experience.
