It was the beginning of our hot season and I immediately knew our A/C wasn't working properly. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Our technician was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being on site and finished the repair within a half hour. Great service and the price seemed reasonable to me.
Carlos did a fantastic job with the issue in my house. He was friendly and quickly got my AC up and running! Highly recommend him!
I had Michael from DeHart Heating Air and Plumbing come out and install new parts for my AC. He arrived between the hours stated to me and immediately put on shoe covers as not to track in any dirt into my home. I asked questions of him while he was performing the installation of parts and he was kind enough to describe how the parts work and answer other questions I had. He also gave me quotes for new HVAC units and answered my many questions and concerns about warranties and costs. Michael was extremely friendly and approachable and wanted to answer any questions that I had. I was very happy with the work he did and I am grateful that he took the time to help me understand what concerns I had. I have used this company twice before and I continue to be impressed with the technicians and service they provide. Definitely recommend using DeHart Heating Air and Plumbing.
Our AC stopped working, so I did some research and I called 3 local HVAC companies. DeHart was the first to get back to me and scheduled Justin to come to my house THAT day… WOW… I was not expecting that. Justin came and, unfortunately, gave us the news we already knew was coming: we needed a new unit. He explained the different units they had and their features and got the installation scheduled for the next business day, Monday.
Dylan and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC unit. They were on time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were very respectful to my family and my home. My home is so cold, we are in HEAVEN, thank you DeHart!

Great emergency service call out. Came out same day, diagnosed, returned next day for repair. Tech was very nice, professional and cleaned up his work area. Very good experience and not my first time with this company. Recommend.
