Jonah set my mind at ease. I had a new filter put in to help with allergies. I had another crew member had installed the filter this morning. My A/C was on while I was out running errands and watching my grandkids. When I got home around 5:50, there was a burning smell in my house. I called DeHart and Jonah arrived a few hours later, as it was after hours. He checked everything and said it might have been a metaluc glue that I was smelling. Since it was just installed, that made a lot of sense and he put me at ease. Thank you, so much for your reassurance, Jonah. DeHart is lucky to have you as an employee.
Always educated individuals that know their stuff. Offers only the best products in my opinion. Upgraded my water heater last year. This month I am upgrading the whole ac/heater system due to original installation miscalculation, causing main ac unit to create a leak at the coils due to inaccurate pressure of the coolant. I know all this now because it was explained to me by Jonah Lawrence so I have a better understanding why upgrading is best for longevity with all new system. When it needs to be done right, I trust DeHart to get the job done!
