Showed up and did an outstanding job. Got the unit running until we can get an estimate for a new one.
We had 2 inspections today -- one for heating/AC by Cory Fisher and the other was a plumbing inspection performed by Michael Hal -- the first time we've had a plumbing inspection under our maintenance contract with DeHart. Kinda apprehensive about the plumbing one -- we're fine with having the inspection but, of course, hope he doesn't find anything -- $$$$. Both men were very pleasant, easy to ask questions, polite and efficient. Everything checked out just fine; no issues - yeah! Cory and Michael -- Thanks, Sherry & Dan

Demarco did an excellent job checking my A/C unit. He was very polite and professional.
Matt D also was exemplary in checking my water heater and plumbing sites. I was very pleased!

Sam evaluated the situation with the water meter leak and confirmed that it was a pin hole in the coupling, so thankful it wasn't a major problem
