Jonah is very detailed and informative. The major issue is the house builder which did not addressed the problem at the beginning. They knew what the problem was but failed to fix it. Contacted the house builder(D.R. Horton) and addressed the problem. Pending results.

The people I spoke to on the phone were polite and helpful. We were helped today by Jose. He was polite and friendly. He explained what needed to be fixed in an informative way. He was thorough and checked that everything was working and clean before he left. He even washed off our reusable air filter for us and explained why they were actually pretty hard on the systems. Overall I definitely recommend this business.

This is the second time that dehart plumbing , Heating and Air has been to my home. First and foremost they are honest, I got a lot of poor experiences with heating and air conditioning companies in this area. The tech they sent is amazing he he got it right the first time and didn't overcharge me.
