I had Michael from DeHart Heating Air and Plumbing come out and install new parts for my AC. He arrived between the hours stated to me and immediately put on shoe covers as not to track in any dirt into my home. I asked questions of him while he was performing the installation of parts and he was kind enough to describe how the parts work and answer other questions I had. He also gave me quotes for new HVAC units and answered my many questions and concerns about warranties and costs. Michael was extremely friendly and approachable and wanted to answer any questions that I had. I was very happy with the work he did and I am grateful that he took the time to help me understand what concerns I had. I have used this company twice before and I continue to be impressed with the technicians and service they provide. Definitely recommend using DeHart Heating Air and Plumbing.

We had a new HVAC System installed in home. The installation team were kind and worked right through installing all equipment. Came back today to clean the ducts. Everything they quoted and said they will do they did.
Our AC stopped working and it was getting hot in Tracy! I'm glad I called DeHart and they sent Jarod Ali on same day emergency service. He was able to repair it and also sign me up for an annual maintenance plan for AC, Heater, and Plumbing. Thank you DeHart and Jarod ????
Extremely through and covered every concern I had. Once I pointed out where the various equipment was to service, he never bothered me at all. I almost forgot he was still around.

Jonah showed up early. Found the problem quickly and get the AC fixed. He explained everything in plain language. Cleaned up afterwards. Great work. DeHart will be taking care of my heating and air conditioning going forward.
