Matt from DeHart came out to check out our water heater. The pilot light goes out intermittently. He tested for all the possible problems and found nothing wrong. We determined together that a draft (big wind sometimes) was blowing the pilot out. He's a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional.
As always, he's professional and does a great job!
AC broke down late last nite. Called at 7:15 AM and they had it back up and working by 3 PM. Knowledgeable service technician.
All the technicians at DeHart are great. They take their time diagnosing the issue, they're kind and polite and stand behind their work. I've been super pleased with all my interactions with every part of the DeHart Company.
All my experiences with DeHart Plumbing has been positive. This week Matt Dickel came to my home to flush out the water heater which was free after having my furnace serviced. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was surprised he also inspected my faucets and toilets at no extra fee and gave me a written report on his assessment. Thank you!
