Great job, covered all areas of the heater and had good recommendations and pictures of same.
Little Back story , we had DeHart put a new HAVC system in this summer ,along with a whole house fan , we were amazed by the entire process from beginning to end the work it entailed and the crew , a man for every job ! They included us every step of the way for any new decisions that needed to be made!
Very professional , detail oriented, explained everything every step of the way, very respectful of our home and property, and with that being said
We finally had a summer with AC that didn't break down …
Now with cooler days and nights , we went to use the heater and it was cold air ,
Mind you this was at 1am , I immediately sent a message via email to DEHART callcenter , told them what was wrong and DeHart showed up the next afternoon , Jonathon Winter was our Tech , he was on time, professional, respectful , explained everything along the way, it was a tricky job to figure out , once he figured it all out we finally had heat ! AMAZING ! Thank you for all your help , AS ALWAYS ! Highly recommend DEHART !!!

Eric was a great representative of your company. Very efficient, kind/friendly, understanding, and courteous. He answered all my questions and made some very good suggestions. He also changed my filters which are very difficult for me to do at my age. This a gentleman, in the true sense of the word, that I would enjoy having/coming back servicing my household equipment!!! Service Tech was excellent. My experience with scheduling and notification was was professional and totally glitch free.
DeMarco is an outstanding employee. He has serviced my units more than once and l have always been delighted with his performance as well as his courtesy and friendliness. I hope he is always the person who is sent to perform the maintenance on my units.
