Michael Sailsbery, the local manager, responded promptly to send their technician, Michael, to address my problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He not only fixed the problem but made some ductwork repair and redesign to prevent this problem from reoccurring again as it had in years past.

Eric was a great representative of your company. Very efficient, kind/friendly, understanding, and courteous. He answered all my questions and made some very good suggestions. He also changed my filters which are very difficult for me to do at my age. This a gentleman, in the true sense of the word, that I would enjoy having/coming back servicing my household equipment!!!
