Shawn , my plumbing technician was great . He drained my hot water heater and checked all my inside faucets. The good news is good news. He did give me some estimates on things I'd like done in the future. He was polite and professional. I would like him to come back if I need him!

I'm in the process of deciding upon a full HVAC replacement and he not only spent significant time with me during my appointment, but has also been very responsive to my - many! - questions and concerns. I love de Hart! Their people are always so helpful. Today it was Jonah who checked out the AC and was amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Couldn't ask for better.
