It turned out to be a stubborn clog and took Matt 3 times using the snake but he stuck with it and proved to be more stubborn than the clog. Matt is courteous and professional and I have no qualms recommending him and DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air. I found my "goto" company in Reno.
