The 3 installers were great. Having less than 24 hours prep, they had some challenges with materials but adapted well. They worked well together and answered any questions posed. They did run out of R32 and could not completely charge the system. I expect that there will be a follow up to finish charging the system with coolant. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Tech was amazing and very nice. He found what the problem was in less that 5 minutes explained it to me and fixed the problem in the same amount of time. He also show me what to do it it happened again. Very professional and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone.
