Jonah arrived ready to climb the ladder and get to the root of problem why my heater was not operating. He provided a thorough breakdown with photo documentation and he then provided a fair estimate for what to expect price-wise and approximately how long it would take him to complete the repair.

I must say that I'm highly impressed with DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air. Michael Machnik visited our house about a month ago to provide us estimates on a new furnace. Machnik is kind, professional, transparent, of high ethical and moral standards, and very understanding. I would also like to mention Grant, Patrick, and Shaun who installed the furnace. They were kind, professional, and very decent people overall. Also a shout out to Eric Dewees who is likewise a very valuable employee of DeHart. Randy Moore, Mike S, are outstanding supervisors and promote high ethical standards for their employees (nice to see supervisors who lead by example). Javier Santiago is also an outstanding, outstanding employee who is kind, knowledgeable, transparent, of high ethical standards, proficient in both HVAC and plumbing, and just such a nice person. Ladies at the front desk are likewise responsive, timely, and have excellent communication skills.
