Feel the Love 2026

A Community That Cares. A Home Filled With Love.

This fall, our DeHart Reno team, their families, and members of our community came together for a very special reason: to bring comfort to a remarkable local woman, Brett.

When nominations opened for this year's Feel the Love program, our community responded with an outpouring of support for Brett. The overwhelming number of nominations submitted on her behalf spoke volumes about the lives she's touched and how much she means to those around her.

A devoted mother, University of Nevada, Reno art professor, and breast cancer warrior, Brett has faced tremendous challenges while continuing to show strength and resilience. With a home that relied on a swamp cooler for summer cooling and a furnace for heating, she was selected as this year's recipient of a brand-new Lennox heating and air conditioning system through the Feel the Love program.

On October 10, our team came together to install Brett's new system, helping provide the year-round comfort she and her family deserve.

To our incredible volunteers, their families, and everyone who helped make this day possible, THANK YOU! Your generosity, time, and willingness to lend a hand made a meaningful difference in Brett's life.
